Hi, my name is Ella Day and I am 17 years old. I’m born and raised from Blacksburg VA, and enjoy using my craft for locals and beyond. I started my business in 2020, when I practiced decorating cakes for fun. From there my passion quickly expanded into far more than just cakes, and I have since expanded into making other baked goods. I enjoy expressing my creativity through cake decorating and baking beautiful and tasty desserts for you! Our name Elicious Cakes comes from my name Ella.
